Upon first impression, our contact appeared very accommodating and friendly. We chose to go with them instead of the Village at Vanderbilt. Upon signing and moving in we paid over $3,000. We were told that if we required to move out before a months stay that the amount could be prorated. Unfortunately my father passed away, and we only stayed in the apartment for 11 days.
