Chris and his team replaced my roof in 2012. It was a challenging project due to the steep slope of the roof. They tore off the original shakes from the 1960s, added foam insulation, and then the standing seam metal roof. The crew was great to work worth and I have been very happy with the beautiful and long lasting roof. The added insulation has made a big difference in comfort and energy bills. CCSMR also has been responsive with after installation maintenance requests. Highly recommended!
We received such stellar customer service from CCSR that I am writing a review even though we eventually decided to hold off on our roof replacement project. Greg, Chris and the rest of the team went above and beyond to answer our every question, meet us in person and call, text or email whenever it was appropriate. How often do you find that in this industry? They truly went above and beyond, and I cannot recommend them enough.
