Having personal known individuals who worked at this facility, I’ve seen firsthand how laborers are treated compared to their “associate” office staff. The entire factory operates on the backs of underpaid, overworked immigrant laborers. Despite years of dedication, laborers with long tenures and experience are making less than newly hired fast-food workers at some places. Picked up here. Nice folks. Dirt lot.
This place is literally the easiest job ever, however floor management like to cause havoc. The owner and site managers are great people. People will stare at you all day, tell you.. not ask you to do something and laugh when you do it. They say ever temp worker has a attitude.. which isn’t the case.Communication isn’t great unless you speak other languages..other than English. Manny and Anna are the reason most temporary people don’t stay.
