Having personal known individuals who worked at this facility, I’ve seen firsthand how laborers are treated compared to their “associate” office staff. The entire factory operates on the backs of underpaid, overworked immigrant laborers. Despite years of dedication, laborers with long tenures and experience are making less than newly hired fast-food workers at some places.
