I called to discuss two projects needing framing work after seeing the store front in a nearby shopping center. We’re new to the area and had been using a chain store, which does okay work, but I do like shopping local. We didn't purchase a frame from Framecrafters but they did help us to cut down a frame for my son's puzzle and didn't charge us for it!!! They also helped to get the puzzle into the frame to make sure it fit and was secure. They also added more support to it and gave my husband extra support for another framed puzzle we have. Again, they didn't charge us a penny for any of this. The next time we need a frame we are for sure going to visit Framecrafters. They went above and beyond and didn't have to. I had a great experience here. Sean was very helpful and has many options to choose from in regards to frames. He made my experience better even during covid, he did his best to prioritize my project.

They think they do framing better than anyone else.Somewhat arrogant and rude. I am not sure they realize that they are not the only framing company in the City of Raleigh

Sean did a great job on reframing an old 1875 hand printed picture from a relative from my father's side of the family. He helped pick out the frame and matting, and the whole thing looked alot better than I expected. I would recommend him to any of my friends,
