Horrible experience so far. They have had my bike for over six months now. Insurance has paid them twice, the original claim then the supplemental claim months later for the new damage found after disassembly of my bike. They have been pain $14,500 on a bike that retails for about $21,000. As of today, 18 June 2013 I still don't have my bike. i just would like to say when my bike wrecked custom concepts was there for me . my bike looked better then i though it could. i was very pleased. thank you custom concepts.

Custom Concepts...I'm the owner of this facility. My work for the last 25 years speaks volumes. I take pride in what this facility and its staff. We are I-CAR AND CHEIF CERTIFIED.. We don't offer a lifetime warranty and do substandard repairs.. As far as arin's chevy goes we did everything in our power to please this person. The fit and finish on this vehicle is perfect. 5 months later and my car is still not fixed. It's been returned to me twice with major problems still obvious and had to be taken back. It finally had to go to the dealership because the couldn't figure out what was wrong and the dealership came back in 1 day with all the things they had missed or done wrong. Most of the problems involved varios parts being left loose or unscrewed.
