I literally just wrote a lengthy review detailing my unsatisfactory experience with Angelo(Owner) and deleted it, because I’m mad at myself for not doing my due diligence in researching this company before hand. In fact it was this photo I was sent while you almost broke my motherboard after dropping it and breaking the cpu fan that you tried to make me pay for is why I’m not buying or ever coming back!! . Owner mad bc I didn’t wanna spend $159.99 on a cpu that goes for $70 new at best buy plus he broke it infront of me from dropping it. Please protect your computers and do not come here. You ain’t pulling a quick one on me bud

If I could leave zero stars I would. Owner lied to me about machine performance, warranty, and return policy. I had to have my credit card company refund me because he wanted to charge an outrageous “restocking fee”. Please don’t give this business you’re money, the best thing about a small shop is customer service, the owner is not trustworthy. This is the first negative review I’ve ever written.

Excellent customer service. Reliable, most knowledgeable and so very thoughtful and kind. I’ve used Custom Computers for years. Very reasonable prices. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.
