Shane put in extra hours and an extra effort to come check out, and solve! my faulty thermostat wiring. It was a last minute work request from my land lord, and Shane was there almost until nine on a Friday figuring it out. TOPS in politeness and informative! A+++
Had Shane come to my home and was upfront and professional about what I needed and as well provided insight into what I may need in the coming years. No hassle, no bogus charges just coming out and as well gave me information into a future purchase of a tankless water heater. Give this guy a call and I'm sure he will do the same or even better for you.
Shane and his Leticia were awesome to work with! Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly! Shane went out of his way to help me and my family with our furnace issue. He took my call and juggle his appointments around to fit me in and I really appreciated that! I will most definitely be calling them again for an HVAC issues! I will also be telling anyone I know that needs work done to contact Shane and his wife!! Great job guys and thank you for you great customer service and work!
This company helped us when we had a bad furnace in a rental. They got us warm and squared away. They offered us space heaters until the repair was made and were very kind throughout our whole ordeal. The work was top notch and the pricing was fair. I would definetly recommend Custom Comfort!!!
Custom Comfort did a superb job servicing our furnace. We had a stale smell inside our house and the furnace hadn't been cleaned in a log time. After Shane was finished the smell had almost dicipated and our furnace was clean. Thanks Custom Comfort!
