Shelly Jones. Their Service Did Not Meet Our Need. He came out, looked at our unit, and through a 10 minute inspection said we were low on freeon. Added 2 pounds, charged $245. And, within 2 weeks it stopped blowing cold air. When we called back, we were told, " Ohhh you probably need a new unit". Okay... No Thank You!!! There is No Trust Here. BUYER BEWARE
