Great experience! 1) Called mid-day, phone answered! No straight to voicemail or phone tree! 2) Same day service on our AC that was not working. 3) Cordial, friendly, helpful. 4) Reasonable charge. Custom Comfort is our new HVAC outfit!

Awesome service ***Company does not take credit. Check ONLY*** [Would have given 5 stars if took credit] (Called at 6am) On call technician called back to set an appointment within an hour of first call placement (this always will vary with amount of work. sometimes sadly not at all if too busy). Technician was here at 8am(on time). Found problem and fixed by 840am (Inducer was seized. Life expectancy of part is 12 years. Started making squealing noise.
