Very professional and accommodating. I was afraid of bringing my car into a body shop I had no experience with but they more than exceeded my expectations. Jared even helped me remove my expensive speakers (in Florida sun mind you) because I didn't bring the correct tools to facilitate. I will use this company from now on when I need auto body repair.
This has been the best experience I've ever had in body work done on my truck. Everything was handled in a very professional manner and you couldn't ask for a more kind staff to work with. Jared at the front desk and Zach asy advisor were both top-notch. The general manager here as well was outstanding.

I had an excellent experience at Crash Champions thanks to Tony. He was very friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. I did not have an appointment and he was exceptionally helpful to take care of my service request right away. If you need work done on your vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Tony. He went truly above and beyond.
Horrible customer service from the manager, Mikka. Had a front bumper painted here, along with paint matching the fender and door of my car. The paint match was done very well. However, the bumper starting peeling in multiple spots and began to detach from one side. Many clips were missing underneath, the splash guard was begining to drag while driving.
