Erick is a nice guy, so I gave him a shot. He agreed to paint my house in 2 weeks. The project took 2 months and at the end he sent me an additional bill for services which were included in the initial contract. He broke our agreement and his word for a few extra bucks.
Don't use this painter. Erick Kauffman is dishonest. He screwed up a lot of things painting our home and despite constantly talking taking pride in doing a good job he just abandoned the job. He refused to honor the warranty written in our contract. We are now going to have to deal with finding a new painter, filling complaints, and probably sueing him because he left our home damaged and unfinished. Go elsewhere. Find someone more honest.
