We highly recommend Custom Coatings. Every interaction was professional, personable and efficient. We loved the fact that they are a local, family owned & run business. From the estimate to scheduling to work completion... the process couldn't have been smoother. They were very cost competitive with a larger off Cape company and the result was exceptional. This review is for the company and crew because our floor was just put down so I can’t really review how it holds up yet. But it does look great! The company was easy to deal with. Devon addressed any of my questions and concerns knowledgeably and professionally. The crew was very friendly. This company was so much easier to deal with than the larger corporations based out of western MA and RI. I was so much happier dealing with a family run local company. I would definitely recommend them.
As a contractor who deals with a lot of subs, Jake and Custom Coatings were professional, timely, and did excellent work with an epoxy floor installation. The prep work was thorough and it shows in the finished product. Jake and the office manager were both very polite and responsive. Looking forward to doing business again!
The guys at Custom Coatings were awesome. From the quote thru thru the finished product. The job took two days and there was zero mess and the results of my garage floor are beautiful. Price was a great value.
