My system has been a problem since we purchased it but that doesn’t reflect on the tech that came out to do the repairs: Leah Werner. She was professional and very thorough in her diagnosis of what the problem was. She was meticulous in the repair, carefully checking and rechecking to be sure that the repair was done correctly. I was very impressed with her work and thoughtful demeanor. I will request her as our tech as long as she works for Custom Climates. She earned the rating not the Mitsubishi product.
Great yearly service on our mini splits. Techs always arrive on time and are friendly. Phil and Lea did a great job cleaning and answering questions on running the unit efficiently.
This is a great company. They are meticulous about installing and cleaning up after as well as extensive testing to make sure everything works correctly. On the inside they are very careful to protect surroundings. Top notch, professional, and definitely affordable for the amount of work they do. We are so happy with their service. Thank you Custom Climates for a phenomenal job!
