The whole Custom Climates team made the experience from the bid process straight through the installation and follow up service seamless for us this October. Obviously the Mitsubishi product is the best out there and the installation team was thoughtful and respectful to our home and completed the project in the agreed-upon timeline. I highly recommend them to the middle New Hampshire community as a quality service provider.
Installation went smoothly and unit is working efficiently. I have used my new ductless units just about 24/7 in August and am very comfortable. The units are silent and the outside unit is very quiet as well. Even my electric is down compared to running two removable air conditioners last year that were noisy and didn't cool as well. We recently had our pool heat pump replaced by Custom Climates. They were great to work with, particularly Wesley! Installation of the new unit and removal of the old until was performed on schedule, without a hitch. The whole process was easy!
Sales person that wrote the quote up quit and never told me. Had to call multiple times to have them honor the schedule. Forman that came out said they could not do what was promise in the design. After the redesign Forman Quit and didn't let me know. Quote was suppose to include everything, including electrical install and materials. Excellent work by Jonathan's team. A new Trane cold-weather heat pump with oil furnace back-up. Price was right & install went without a hitch. The hp survived its 1st NH winter. I can see where this investment will mitigate my heating oil bills.
