Had a problem with my furnace on a very cold weekend. My house was COLD.I called this company and was received by an actual person, not an answering machine. She assured me a technician would be available in two hours. Dennis showed up as advertised and commenced to solving the problem in less than an hour! House got warm, wife was happy:) and I was a hero for calling . Thank you Dennis!!!
