We strive to offer good, honest service every day, seven days a week. We are professional, reliable, and honest. Had a problem with my furnace on a very cold weekend. My house was COLD.I called this company and was received by an actual person, not an answering machine. She assured me a technician would be available in two hours. Dennis showed up as advertised and commenced to solving the problem in less than an hour! House got warm, wife was happy:) and I was a hero for calling . Thank you Dennis!!!

We used them about a year ago, found them on Yelp with good reviews so thought we would use them again as our first experience was great. Apointment was made for Tuesday after 6 pm but when Dennis was not at our condo by 9:30 pm called Laurie & she said she hadn't heard from him for 2 hours. So we changed appt to next morning but realized that wouldn't work for us so I left message early Wed morning to cancel appt & would call to reschedule.
