My experience with this company raised serious concerns about their professionalism and safety practices. During my experience, employees were instructed to look for an unlocked sliding glass door to gain entry to a client’s home when no one answered the door. I found this to be an inappropriate and unprofessional method of handling a situation where the homeowner could not be reached.
