I dropped my dress off at this cleaners about a week and three days (19th of January), prior to my event. While I was there, I asked approximately how much it would be to have this dress dry cleaned. I was told that it would be between $30-$50 depending on the stain level. I informed the worker that there were no stains and I just needed it refreshed as the dress was just sitting in a bag for a very long time. Worst service I’ve ever seen. Don’t count on getting alterations here. And if they alter something wrong or not to your liking, you have to pay for a whole new alterations service. I’d rather drive to kingwood than come back here.

Never coming back here. Been coming here for over a year and they have been hit or miss. My husband always asks for light starch and they keep giving him heavy starch and he does not want that. It takes him forever just to open the damn jeans. We’ve made it clear to the girls at the front several times to not do that again and yet here we are with the same problem. The worst experience of my life. I took a special edition shirt to be washed and they delivered it horribly. They mistreated it with their liquids and I still have to pay them the total amount when I know that they wash all the clothes together, whether they are from a refinery or office work, and that grease gets on the others and they want to solve everything with chemicals.
