Very unprofessional. Sloppy work, lack of accountability, we finally fired Randy at ~6 weeks behind schedule (and he was wanting more money due to his own poor management). Then, we had to finish the work AND repair work he/his crew had already done. Countertop was damaged during installation, had to be replaced (Randy said it was because we didn't buy new cabinets???). Dishwasher was damaged and parts were missing, had to be replaced. Cabinets to the left of the stove/oven were offset ~1", causing a gap (see before/after ph... read more
When our kitchen drain pipe started leaking on the exterior wall, we reached out to Randy for help. The very next day, he arrived with a plumber and got to work right away. Within a few hours, they were able to locate and repair the broken pipe by cutting through the stucco wall. After a couple of days, his stucco specialist arrived to patch up the exterior, and within a couple of more days, everything was painted and restored to its previous condition.
