Extremely disappointed in this group. Ordered some challenge coins as a parting gift for an event we were throwing a month in advance. I was told they would be here in plenty of time. I went on vacation and came home to find nothing had been delivered. No communication them as to a delay or anything so I had to reach out to them only to now find that they were not going to be able to ship what I had ordered until after our event. This is company is quick with responses concerning your design, sales representative speaks english and their prices are very reasonable. I don't have the product in my hands but I appreciate all the hard work they have done.

We've had company branded coins through Custom Center twice now, designed in our office and submitted over. Their quick turnaround on replies and product shipment are great and their quality is simply stellar. We had used a different company previously and got other bids around the time we discovered Custom Center. The outcomes have been jaw dropping!
