This pharmacy is lacking in every sense of the word. Especially in customer service. Ironically my prescription was shipped out the 14th of October today is the 19th . I do not have my prescription and no one at the pharmacy knows where it is nor did they offer to re-ship it! In fact the prescription I paid for they told me I could pay for it again to be shipped out. If by chance it ends up back at the pharmacy. This is absurd. I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. I’ve picked up multiple compounded medications (for humans not pets), and I found the pick up to be fast and the customer service to be excellent. I love that when I call with a question, which I’ve done a few times, I can usually speak to a pharmacist within seconds as opposed to the long automated waits with regular pharmacies. Of course it’s a bit more expensive because it’s not covered by insurance and it’s custom compounded, but that’s to be expected and is not unique to this... read more
Not a great experience at all! I called with a concern, the guy asked me for the RX number, I don't have that. He rudely interrupted me and asked for my birthday, which I provided. He wasn't customer friendly or focused. I had to drive across town, the least you can do is be polite and helpful. I will not use this pharmacy again.
