We have been using this company for about 4 years. We deal with Paul as our quarterly person. He is so friendly and amazing. He gave us his number to text him if we have issues that come up until our next service and we just shoot him a text. This company has been amazing for us to work with and pricing has been manageable for our budget.

We've called Custom Care to treat our home for wasps for three years now, and we couldn't be more pleased. With one exception, the technicians have been knowledgeable, thorough, and careful to explain everything they were doing. We did have one who seemed to be less expert, and didn't do as thorough a job, but the company quickly sent another tech who apologized, carefully inspected the entire house, and made it right. You can't ask for better service than that. As I said, we're 100% satisfied, and will call them again.
