I had no issues. They didn't have the item I wanted so they ordered it. Should be here in a few days. The lady who helped us was very nice.

Had my appointment to be fitted for compression socks. They were very kind and helpful. They ordered them in and was able to pick up a few days later.
I have been trying to get my back brace here since August and it’s been one thing after another. They are very unprofessional and disrespectful to their customers. I was called a couple of days ago and told my brace was ready and I could pick it up at any time and when I got there it wasn’t formed like the prescription stated.
