They actually listen to your request, perform that request. They ask throughout the process, to ensure that you are getting the cut that you requested. They are a rarity and provide a quality service in an industry, where you can't simply start over.

Company owner is cheap. Friend of mine responded to his Craigslist ad which read "PAY BASED ON EXP". However, after the interview, Steve (the manager/owner) offered to pay a landscape foreman (with more than 10 years of solid experience) a lousy 10 bucks an hour. Landscape workers are in high demand this time of year. Maybe pay them better and you won't have to search all season?
