My experience with this company did not go well. They did not complete everything they say they do in their estimate, yet they command a hefty price for mowing. Pros are they show up on time, cut grass well. Cons are they don't blow all areas they are supposed to and are inflexible on arrival times, showing up at 8am, and unwilling to accommodate a customer's request to come after 9am to avoid waking us up and our neighbors. It also makes it inconvenient to move all of our cars out of our own driveway so early in the morning... read more
This company gets better every time they come. They are true professionals, arriving on time and making my yard look better than it ever did. I don't need to be home, don't need to give them directions.....they just do a great job and look for ways to improve with each visit. I should point out that credit needs to go to the office staff too. They are responsive, reliable and care. Definitely the best lawn care company our HOA has ever worked with. The price is excellent, and the Custom Care team is highly responsive to our changing needs.
I highly recommend this company. They are so pleasant and easy to work with! They are very knowledgeable and are willing to work with you to accomplish what you need to get done. The office staff, the landscape assistants, the owner(s)- everyone- couldn’t have been any nicer! The assistants that came to mow did an excellent job! If you need lawn care/landscaping- Custom Care is great!
