Polite, prompt, efficient. Needed a new touch screen/radio for my car, he shopped, got me a fair price, fair price on the installation, he installed it extremely fast (both in terms of appointment and installation), talked me through all the new gadgets. And provided me with the manual for the new system. Came well recommended and lives up to the hype!
I had an issue with an aftermarket radio and Scott took a look and fixed my issues without an appointment. He was professional and very easy to deal with I cannot reccomend him enough!
I purchased a system from Scott and had him install it about a year ago. New head unit, two amps, a 12" sub, and new speakers in all four doors. Recently, the speakers in the both of the driver's side doors have been cutting in and out. I called Scott, explained the situation and he got me scheduled pronto to take a look. Turns out I was getting moisture in both doors and the terminals on the speakers were starting to corrode, something that is obviously no fault of Scott's. I got my new audio system (and backup camera) installed on my 2010 Rav 4! I am very pleased with the service and would recommend this option (and business) if you have an older car that you want to upgrade the audio.
