sloppy installs – What a horrible establishment. Rude and Unhelpful. Sell you the wrong parts and then want you to take the blame, tells you you should have verified the part before installing it. Cannot install xenon headlamps on a Mercedes, had to take it back 3 times and the lights still flicker. Mark up front is very unknowledgable and would rather sit on his ass eating Jack in the Box. Mike Jeung the manager takes no responsibility for his actions or his employees action sand blames everything on the consumer.

Reliable, Friendly and Professional Service – Custom Car Alarms have installed the alarms and stereos on all the vehicles I've had over the past 12 years. My Honda CRV was broken into and vandalized (should have hidden my portable GPS unit) recently. I woke up when I heard the alarm and the thieves departed with only the GPS and an old iPod (glovebox.) Custom Car Alarms Leaves Cause for Alarm – Bad products. Rude service from employees. The manager acts like he cares but does not solve your problems. Nobody can do anything quickly. They do not stand behind what they sell. Can never get in touch with anyone live, you always get the answering machine. They are frequently closed during key business hours. I'm stuck with an $1,800 GPS system that tells me I'm on Hollywood Blvd. The only problem is I live in San Francisco. This is the third one they've installed that has revert... read more
