Scott has always been great to work with.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Took in two deer end of October for my son and husband. Was told we would have them back in two weeks. Here we are now into middle of February and we still do not have them back. Have called multiple times and if I actually get someone to answer the phone he says, "oh yeah, they will be done by end of week", and end of week comes and I leave messages and he does not call back. I am very surprised he is still in business!

Custom Butcher has taken good care of our beef for many years! They are efficient, they keep records of previous orders so the cuts are correct, etc. great business!
DO NOT GO HERE. Would give zero stars if possible. Took two deer into this place and over 3 months later I can not get an answer on where my meat is. I am now just counting it as a full loss. I have also had a buddy that had the same experience that lost a full deer and never got his meat back. DO NOT GO HERE
