Staff should consider how they present themselves in public. I experienced Greg be absolutely atrociously rude to staff at a venue. When you run a company you need to consider how you treat other people.

Greg has a very hands-on approach and seems to be involved in every step of the way giving us a personalised feeling. He worked in well with my wife, Jenny going through all the selections inside our house to make sure it was going to look amazing. Both Jenny and I feel like he was genuinely interested in making sure it was the Custom Built home of our dreams.
