Betty is the owner and the absolute best! She has been braiding my hair for 20 years. Betty is a realist and will tell you the truth about your hair. What styles will work for your hair type. If you want an honest person who may run sometimes a little behind she is your person.
I really wanted to try this shop out after being referred to them but they don’t even braid past your waistline. They told me to go to another shop lol. It’s 2023; nobody is getting short braids other than someone’s granny but maybe that’s their target audience. UPDATE: even though i was turned down, my mom went & the kinky twist hair they use is not prewashed/treated and make like scalp itch terribly.
