Made an appointment with the mechanic at 10 am. Waited until 10:40 a.m., and then he called to ask if he could reschedule. I left the car there, and when I got it back, the tank was completely empty. When i left the car with him, it said it had 173 miles left on the tank. The mechanic proceeded to tell me that the car was almost on empty when i gave it to him and that it was empty due to him test driving it. The owner is very professional and does excellent work.
Custom never returned phone calls to me or the insurance company so I didn't take my vehicle there. I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism.
