Great customer service. Always called back in a timely fashion. Product as described. Installer on time and quick. What more can you ask for. A business run as all businesses should be run.
When my blinds were installed I realized they were not what I wanted. I went to the store and discussed what options I had. They were very helpful to me and when I was looking around, I found what I wanted. That made it really easy for Rhonda and I to discuss the differences between the two blinds. Now I have my new blinds and I am very pleased with them. Overall everyone was easy to work with and I will be going back when I'm ready to purchase blinds for the rest of my house.
Ordering and shipping were on time! They also forgot to order one set of blinds and immediately did what they could to make me a happy customer! Customer service is great and installation guy is so very nice and very professional!
The staff did a great job helping me find the designs and colors that fit my decor. I highly recommend them and their products.
