Update to initial review: ***** Reducing to 1 star now that I know what really happened. Due to a complete lack of response we gave in and paid to have the floor replaced. Once the floor was removed it was discovered the grout and adhesive from the old tile floor was not removed properly. The surface was uneven and never cleaned up properly to prepare for the new flooring. This was clearly the issue from the beginning. Full kitchen renovation in 2020. A couple of minor issues during construction, but addressed quickly. Did not realize they were installing the floor incorrectly. Ignorance on our part not fully understanding right vs. wrong on the installation and trusting they were being honest with us. We were referred to this contractor by our cabinet company representative. We had a fire in our kitchen and needed a major renovation on our ranch home…kitchen and dining room. I really cannot tell you what a disappointing experience this was for us hiring Redmond Construction. We were told the job would be approximately a month…. it took more than five months and there are still things left undone.
