Not happy. We paid several thousand dollars to replace the awnings on my house. Sales person highly recommended the vinyl vs canvas. They literally look like trash bags that were pulled over the sides. The seams are very obvious. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, we were told to pay what we owe and if we paid another $1k they could replace with the canvas. It was truly offensive that it was suggested as a solution. Not a happy customer.
