i have had run ins with wild life and had to have my truck repaired three times. custom autos is the place to take your vehicle. the workers are great and friendly. they let you know exactly what they are having to do to your vehicle and if something come up they notify you. would recommend them to anyone. GREAT customer service.

The worst business in Bay City with the worst customer service. They do not stand behind their work. Molding came off our car that they repaired within 2 months. Wanted to charge $745 to fix, I bought the part off amazon for $70 and fixed myself.
I have used this body shop twice now and they have always performed good quality work and done their best to meet my needs. The last time I took my vehicle here, I needed it back as quickly as possible for personal reasons and they did their best to expedite the repair process. Everyone who works here is also friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing body work performed on their vehicle.
