Wife called a week ago about having a flip down DVD player installed. The salesman never asked about rear a/c controls or vents under the headliner. Got there to drop it off n an installer looked at it n said they can’t put their flip down DVD player in it because it won’t fit. The salesman was apparently clueless. The installer was nice to explain this n said that the other guy should have known to ask

I am very sorry about the confusion. I am the one that scheduled it and I have been doing this for 14+ years and honestly I didn’t think ask and that’s my fault. We have been covered up non stop with only 2 employees and sometimes it just gets hard to remember everything. Again I’m sorry for the trouble.

I had a remote start placed on my car today. I left and my car completely shut down. I called custom audio and Micheal came to help me. A belt had actually broken it had nothing to do with the installation. Michael stayed with me until I had a ride and a wrecker was on the way. I couldn't ask for a mixer person. Thank you Micheal!!!
