Had Logan out for my ac cleaning.He was very professional & polite. He told me all that he did . My ac unit is working fine. Logan is welcome back anytime.
They show up on time, every time. All staff members are kind and considerate. Very customer service oriented.
Have used Custom Assured Mechanical since the system was installed in 2011. Have had nothing but excellent service during this time. Lance is our guy. He knows our system and is very thorough with his inspection and cleaning of the system. He's very personable, conscientious, more like a member of our family.
Very friendly and courteous! 10/10 Recommend!
