Took months to come back to me. --Response to Owners comments below: Tracy - you were the issue. It took me 4 or 5 emails over a period of many weeks following up with you and not getting a response, then you told me you were too busy and then finally replied months later and expected to pick things back up. Good attempt of deflection though.

Never returned either of my phone messages about operations for myself and my husband so we proceeded without insurance. I had obtained a policy the year previously (2023) and my operation was without incident. Encountered no difficulties with my second operation, nor did my husband, so I’m glad we avoided having to pay several thousand needlessly for insurance. So thanks for your poor service experience:(.
