We just had our security system installed. The techs could not have been better. Courteous, professional and speedy. The customer service before and after the install was GREAT. After the install, the tech walked us through everything and was very thorough, answering every question we threw at him. Home security with Custom Alarm is a no brainer.
Have yearly contracts instead of 5 years.

When you contract with Custom Alarm, you must care fully read document. Because of they are not telling you how long time you have to contract. In document, they indicate time. If you want to find it, you need glass.

Jeff and Adam completed the install in a timely fashion and were great trainers on all the features.
