VERY IMPRESSED! I was very impressed with the installation at our store in Rochester. The Custom Alarm Security & Sound Systems team did an outstanding job on our site. Everything was handled in a very professional manner. I would rate this as one of my best experiences I have had with a contractor. RecommendedOur motion sensor needed a battery update. Brandon walked us through the steps and sent us a YouTube to help us. He is going to help us with batteries, too. We are very impressed with the chat selection on their website which helped us connect with Brandon. Brandon is the Service Manager for Custom Alarm.
