Though I struggled with the customer service to have an issue with an HVAC installation fixed, the company's owner stepped in and took care of my request, which I really appreciate.
Andrew Johnson arrived and assessed the problem with our AC. He was kind enough to explain in detail the problem with our system. We were advised a second visit was required to make temporary repairs until the needed parts arrive. He took time to locate the part for our older AC saving us thousands, thank you!! I highly recommend Custom Aire and if you are lucky you get Andrew Johnson as your serviceman. Thank you!!
