I've always been pleased with the service by Custom Aire. The technicians have always been very professional. They show up on time and keep my system working well.
The service was prompt and professional. He looked at the 2 thermostats, checked the furnace ... did nothing else and the units were still under warranty ... for this I was charged $258.123 ! I was told it would be $39.00 if there were no other issues. I am disappointed in the charge and will think again before I call them for service. L. Bach
Our heater died during the coldest period of the year. They came out within an hour of calling. Unfortunately our system was over 20 years old and needed to be replaced. My only issue was it took 4 days to get the replacement, but we made due. Installation was done within 6 hours and the technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!
