I was very satisfied with every aspect of service with Custom Aire. The technician that serviced my furnace - Jonah - was very knowledgable, transparent and pleasant making the visit very comfortable. Jonah's explanations about my furnace and its. maintenance were very helpful. I would recommend Custom Aire and Jonah to all of my neighbors. Thank you.
Updating my review since Google won’t let me post new one I had Jonah today for a tune up. He was very nice and professional. He arrived on time and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He was respectful of our home and clearly knows his work. Highly recommend him for any HVAC needs! -------- Joseph from Custom Aire was professional and knowledgeable. He installed my new smart thermostat exactly as I requested and did an excellent job. It was clear he had plenty of experience and knew his stuff. Thanks!
