Wow! What a fast response and pleasant service rep. Called yesterday to request the county mandated yearly check on my backflow prevention assembly and they showed up the very next day? Service rep notified me that he had to turn the water off for 5 minutes to do the check, did the check and confirmed all was a ok. Great experience! Even the phone conversation to schedule the job was great. Very professional and efficient company with nice people working there.
Dan came today to address a AC condensation concern today. Arrived with the agreed window, professional, and knowledgeable. Communicated clearly what he would be doing today. I recommend Dan and the Custom Air Team to all my friends.
