I have a rental property that I pay annually for Custom Air maintenance agreement. Despite my request to be notified of the condition of the AC unit, they don’t give me a report whether there’s any problems with maintenance. My second rental also had a maintenance agreement with me for 8 years and a fairly new unit. When I moved back into the house, the unit was so filthy that it cost me over $400 for Custom Air to clean it. Their comment was that they told the tenants to change the filter but it wasn’t done.
