Joe, the technician who served our generator was punctual, professional and friendly. He communicated with me about his arrival time, arrived when he said he would, took the time to answer my questions and serviced my generator efficiently. I was able to get an appointment very quickly and cannot recommend Custom Air highly enough. (I bought the annual maintenance plan.)
Green and Branden showed up on time and went right to work replacing our furnace and air conditioning units. There was a little blip, which was handled quickly and they were finished in 6 hours. Very pleased. Great service.
