Niegel did a phenomenal job installing the whole house water system.
I’m disappointed with the service I received from Custom Air and Plumbing. Before they arrived, they collected my credit card information and assured me that only the $59 trip fee would be charged unless I approved additional work. However, I was later charged $500 without any clear explanation or authorization for the additional charges. They claimed to have spent two hours diagnosing the issue, but I didn’t observe much happening during that time.
