The team is responsive, timely and does not oversell. They installed a furnace and AC in my house and I am more than pleased. Can’t recommend highly enough

Austin from Custom Air has mastered the art of customer service, and the craft heating and cooling. Getting to know the man through multiple encounters at my business and at my house has locked his spot as my heating and cooling guy! I have even referred him out to all my family members, with doing so he has never failed to provide the most top notch performance. I called him just recently for an emergency gas leak at my house and was Johnny on the spot. If you don’t know Custom Air… you’re missing out.
Quick, efficient, friendly, etc. etc. There’s no where else I’d consider. Austin is great! Fair pricing as well.
Excellent service, I was in a bind and they came out and walked me through everything that was being done with my AC and what I could do to keep up on it. Will definitely be using for any future services.
