Had Custom Air for years they installed my heat pump,my whole house humidifier,my whole house air filter,my UV lights,my whole house generator,and had me install a dehumidifier in my craw space.then in Sept.2024 when time for yearly service on all this they just wouldn't come,even after me contacting them 4 times.we were loyal customer's to them for over 15 years and this is very disappointing.but Complete Comfort came today and did our yearly service and we appreciate that,and they'll have our loyalty from now on. Professionalism at it's finest. We received a quote that included the full scope of EVERYTHING they were going to do within days of asking. They went out right after a bad storm with barely any access to the house. Brian and the rest of Custom Air have been EXCELLENT. This is how you do business! Thank you guys so much!!
Very poor ran business. I have called for 3 months trying to get an estimate for some work to be done and have yet to receive a call back. Everytime it's the same line I'll need all your info and our guy will get back to you because he's out of the office. If it takes this long to get an estimate it'll take a year or better to get the job done. But that's OK I can take my business elsewhere where people actually want to work.
Over the past eight years Custom Air has installed three Carrier Infinity five stage heat pump systems for us. Two replaced 2004 vintage Rheem systems (single stage, very noisy), and the third was a full install with ductwork in an at-the-time unfinished basement. We needed the second system during the Covid period with its associated supply chain problems.
