In late April a company in chilhowie inspected my furnace and AC. I'd had trouble last summer with basement flooding due to malfunction in ac condenser. I was told that the furnace was oriented incorrectly and that my ac definitely needed replacement. Their bid was $9000. My homeowners warranty would only cover $1900. Really appreciate Custom Air for coming out within a few hours to check out our HVAC system. They looked into our concerns thoroughly and made sure our system was good to go.
