Jeremy was able to find a small leak in my system that had likely been going on for 2+ years that other technicians were not able to find on multiple visits. He came back to do the warranty repair and everything is working great. I highly recommend Jeremy and will be requesting him on any future issues.
The technician, Jason Brooks was EXCELLENT in every regard; punctual, thorough inspection, good communicator. **BUT** Shari in Sales neglected to tell me the cost of freon I told her we would need which turned out to be $222 per pound !! Since I bought an annual service contract for $140 from her WITHOUT FULL DISCLOSURE, I asked the company to give us a reasonable freon price once Jason repaired the leak. They refused.
