I was referred to this company and to Craig by my colleague, and I’m so glad I chose them. Craig helped set up my HVAC system and patiently answered all my questions. Sam and Skylar handled the installation today—they did a great job, worked cleanly, and were very friendly and responsive to all my doubts and questions. Everyone I interacted with was professional and easy to work with. I’d happily recommend them to any friends in need of HVAC services!
We’ve used Custom Air for around 20 years now. They replaced 34 year old air conditioner and 17 year old furnace just ahead of the heat wave. Wow! The difference is amazing. Quiet, efficient and so comfortable. Sam and Skyler were extremely professional and helpful, and had us up and running faster than expected. Superb experience!!

Sam and Skylar did a great job installing our furnace and A/C. They were very polite and professional while working inside the house. It was raining almost the entire time while they were installing the outside AC unit but they kept working and got it done.
We are very pleased with Custom Air. The service we received was top-notch, from the time when Craig came to explain things to us to the install of the three Mini-Split units by Sam, Logan and Skylar, everything was done in a professional manner. They were all very courteous and consiensious while working in our home. They protected the work area and cleaned up everything! We love how our home feels with the mini-splits! We would highly recommend Custom Air Company!
