Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Had to have furnace & a/c replaced. Craig came immediately to talk through the process and cost. Then came Sam, Logan, and Skylar (sp?) to do the install. Absolutely professional, hard-working, and knowledgeable. They all worked together to make something stressful for me be seamless in process. I'd give them more than five stars if I could.
Called them cause my furnace wouldn't stay on. Dough was my technician he was a very nice guy. After I told him about my heat issue and showed him the thermostat ( the house temperature was set at 74 the thermostat read 66) he went down to see what was wrong.....well he came back up and told Me he couldn't see anything wrong....and that the only thing he could do was a "deep clean" and that it might fix that?!?! Since it's cold out I went ahead with the service....after a hour he finished up and left. my heat stopped working... read more
If only the drivers could stop at stop signs. Especially with the roads as bad as they are. Unprofessional and unsafe 1/5 stars
Beginning with the initial consultation, Custom Air exceeded my expectations. When Craig described all the work he needed to do I expected the price to exceed the quote I received from a competitor. Surprisingly, Custom Air presented a better rate for a much better furnace. Lori Hart relayed emails promptly. Communication with Custom Air was amazing! My installers (Sam and Skylar) were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. My furnace was installed and working to perfection in a few hours. I cannot say enough good thing... read more
Custom air did an amazing job! They put in a new heating and cooling system, addd a few new vents, duck-work and installed a new thermostat. They took a day and a half and everything went very smoothly. I’m very happy with my new system! Thank you to Kevin, Skylar and Sam for making everything happen! You guys rock!
