Contacted Kevin, the owner and he had a technician at our home within 2 hours. Logan was thorough, professional and explained everything he was checking and what was completed. The price today included their service contract which we have done for several years. Have worked with Dale in the past as well and have always been very satisfied with their service. Would highly recommend Custom Air for all your heating and cooling needs.
We just switched our heater system and AC and water heater and humidifier basically everything so we were helped by several technicians from the company. From the moment of inspection till the completion, Dale, Craig and Sam and others were fantastic. They are highly knowledgeable and friendly.
