Great company to work with! The Sams and Skylar were pros at the installation and Craig explained the process well and provided quotes for multiple different price points. They installed an AC unti in a day and was up and running by the time I was home from work. Would highly recommend

As always, Dale did an excellent job. Custom Air’s service technicians are all very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, as well as extremely respectful of customers’ homes and property. In my opinion, Custom Air is the best HVAC company operating in Central Illinois. Affordable and trustworthy.

We recently had Custom Air respond to an issue with our heat and air. Logan came out and not only resolved the issue but did some troubleshooting to determine the cause. He went way beyond our expectation, rewired a bad section, and sealed it from the weather to prevent future issues. He was thorough, professional, extremely courteous, and neat - exchanging his protective booties every time he needed to enter and exit. We cannot recommend Custom Air and Logan more highly.
