I recommended this firm to someone I care about, hoping to get some guidance during a stressful custody situation. Unfortunately, her experience wasn’t great — the call ended abruptly, and she didn’t feel she was treated with the patience or professionalism she needed in that moment. To be fair, we understand law offices can be busy, but a little courtesy goes a long way when someone is calling for help. We hope the firm considers improving its communication and intake process.
