I have been going to Dr Custer for a decade now. Her dental assistants are great, cleanings are straight forward and to the point. They will tell you there may be areas to watch, but never sell me on needing dental work after every visit....only when it is truly necessary do they plan to schedule. If it is a small change, they will watch and wait. Any work I have needed is scheduled quickly and taken care of with expert care.
Dr Custer and her staff are friendly and Dr. Custer is very experienced & knowledgeable!
The dental experience was fine. I visited once for a cleaning. I never heard from them again. I did not receive any calls, messages, postcards, or reminders. I finally called them today and I am well out of date for my biannual cleaning. There was no follow up appointment on file and I had just fallen off the radar completely.
