his place is shady as hell. She had gave someone a key to live in my home when my family and I were back in VA for a month or two. I came back to all of my stuff minus my furniture out of my house and had to fight for my belongings back. They then tried to charge 3,000 for a broken lease when I told her I no longer feel safe living in my home that had other people in there for months. My husband and I have lived here for 8 years and are very happy here. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here is excellent. The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. The property is kept clean.
Love this place! My husband and I moved in nearly 5 months ago and are impressed with the apartment’s manager and her service/maintenance team. We have had a few issues and each time the response time was met within the same day. We take great comfort in knowing that if something goes wrong our place is in good hands 😎
Highly recommend Custer Crossing! Absolutely love these apartments. They're the most open and spacious apartments I've seen in Dickinson. They're well kept, have a great dog run, huge garages included and more perks...couldn't be happier!
They have a dog run area! It puts this place at the top of the rentals available in Dickinson. The apartments are nice, the complex is clean, the grounds are well kept, there is an on site maintenance person, security lighting, coded entry into buildings, several floor plans to choose from, new appliances and no doggie discrimination (size, weight, breed, etc.)
