They are the worst when something bad happens they will try to defend the other company so you can get the least amount of money possible

I will primarily speak to my experience with the IT dept. Management lacks any leadership or people skills. Dishonesty and blame are core values. The days consist of bi-polar conversations and meaningless meetings. The executive members appear to support divisive leadership. If you enjoy anxiety, poor communication, lack of job support, then this is the perfect company for you!
If i was a business purchasing insurance, I wouldn't want these people settling claims with third parties ON MY BEHALF BECAUSE THEY MAKE YOU LOOK BAD. They are just rude and condescending
Stopped to write this review because Custard has been excellent in handling our property insurance claims. So many will write a review for the bad, yet the good is missed 99% of the time. The way Custard employees step up to the plate has made these property claims so much easier to get through! Thanks Custard!
