I’m not sure why I see all 5 stars here- which is strange. Dr. Zach is a good guy, personable and relatable. However, his business practices are abysmal. Not once have I ever got a follow up phone call to any of my appointments. Not one. I’ve always had to call and follow up myself. He then says that it’s because of his phone lines. Therefore I had to email the office and it would still takes DAYS even weeks to get a response. Case in point, my last appointment was November 2022. I have YET to receive ANY FOLLOW UP!!!! I was so sad to learn that Dr. Hernann is moving to a Broomfield office! After moving to Colorado, I struggled finding a dentist who was both covered by my insurance and as personable as the family practitioner I saw from you through adulthood. I wish I could remember how I came across Cusp Family Dental, but I just know that after my first visit I knew I was in good hands. Dr Zach Hernann is the most personable medical professional I have ever encountered in any field of medicine. In addition, he is also the best at what he does, and over the years I have had many medical professionals take care of me as well as many dentists. I highly recommend him. You will be very pleased if you go to him.
One of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had! Dr. Hernann was extremely nice and took the time to explain things. Definitely recommend. Bonus points for Seinfeld playing in the waiting room.
