Our family has used this service for the last three years. They're so kind and friendly. They're also very understanding of times when I come in and I'm not in the mood to have a procedure done. They've put on my favorite TV show. They let me wear headphones. They've cut procedures short when they saw I wasn't handling it well. And they frequently ask if I'm doing ok and let me know I can raise my hand to stop them if anything hurts. I really appreciate their service and my kids are always happy to go in!
The dentist is gentle and thorough, explaining each step of the cleaning process. He took the time to explain everything to me about my son’s treatment and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. The staff were welcoming, making me feel at ease from the moment I walked in.
They are detail oriented, focused on solving the problems. Highly recommended for maintenance of dental hygiene as well as solving the problems.
